"Since meeting Bayla, I have had the pleasure of making
special events even more outstanding because of Bayla’s
artistry with cakes and pastries. I’m not Jewish, so
I never knew about the delicious world of Kosher treats like
apricot
rugelach, chocolate cherry bread or Direnfeld slices. But
I do now! My wife is lactose intolerant, so finding Bayla’s
was a great discovery, and it is amazing how Bayla makes
lactose free pastry taste so creamy and rich. I love fine,
dark chocolate and Bayla uses the best, and she doesn’t
over sweeten like other bakers. My latest order was a cake
she now offers which is a dark chocolate sponge cake with
layers of mocha mousse and dark chocolate glaze sprinkled
with almonds. Even my purist brother-in-law savored every
