About the Owner:

Bayla O'Brien is the owner and founder of Bayla's Patisserie, a small, order only bakery. Besides incredibly wonderful baked goods, Bayla's Patisserie caters to the special dietary needs of those who keep kosher, are lactose intolerant, are gluten sensitive, or with nut allergies.

Bayla has been baking for people over the last decade and studied at the California Culinary Academy. She has a great passion for quality and making sure that no one goes without luscious baked goods no matter what their dietary needs.
